Spacious second row home located on the Beach Side of Palmetto Boulevard. Featuring an open floor plan, wood fireplace, and vinyl flooring. The house has 3 bedrooms, 1 upstairs and 2 downstairs. Both downstairs bedrooms offer 2 twin beds and share a 3/4 bath w/a 4' shower. The upstairs bedroom has a queen bed and 1 rollaway bed and a large sitting area with a queen sleeper. This bedroom has its own bathroom. Wonderful beach views can be seen from the upstairs sundeck. Partial ocean views and a cool beach breeze can be enjoyed on the lower sundeck and screen porch.
